  1. I count 3 TV’s. I only have 1 in my whole darn house! Definitely not camping in my book… But if forced, I could find it in my heart to spend a couple of nights in that things by myself or with my hubby without the kids (they might break something and get us in trouble 😉

  2. I saw that at an RV show a couple of years ago. It was created for Will Smith as his on-set housing when he was making one of his movies. Cost? Do you want it with or without the tractor necessary to pull it?

  3. cut down on costs… get a day cab tractor!! Ha!

I’ve seen them before, and think it’s kind of pointless. Think about it, it can only be utilized After stopping, raising the roof. sliding out the sides. A motorhome or private coach with slide-outs can still be pretty much used while in motion. and/or without sliding rooms out or raising a roof up.
They make these in different configurations for different uses… some are used for mobile lounges for film crews and cast members, some are used for eating on site- an elaborate cafeteria.

The Freightliner Argosy cabover in the top photo is a unique rig… they designed it with the drivers in mind- upon opening the door the steps swing out to give the person a stairway to step up onto… instead of having to climb up the side of the truck. it’s much safer. but it adds space and weight. you can switch it so that it does not swing out. but why if you have an easier option to enter?

The KW (Kenworth) T2000 at the bottom is a sleek looking rig, but not as roomy as you think- the top bunk is very tight- I’d much prefer a Volvo 780 over the KW T2000. Or a Freightliner Classic with the 84” double bunk. Ultimately, I’d go after a Kingsley Coach or convert a Van Hool T2145 coach or Prevost XL or H3-45 coach.
    But that’s just me.

  4. I’ve seen people use the long chassis cabs and build campers on them. That way you avoid the can’t use it while in motion. Really cool if the cab’s an antique.Or use a retired intercity bus.
Or you could go private rail car too. I’ve been on this one:

  5. As A RV Tech. I looked at these pictures with mixed feelings. One is wow, I like to work on that, and then there is the “oh no, do I have to work on that”? Still,it’s a nice rig.

  6. WOW! As a church planting missionary in South America, I can only think with a saddened heart of all the ministry projects that could be funded with the cash that this type of rv represents. Then I think about where are everybody elses values placed… “things above or things on earth”?

  7. amazing what you have to build to get your wife to go camping,Hey Greg Has God Blessed your Ministry? then so what
