This whole situation in CA is absolutely absurd. When do we get the opportunity to hold the gov’t / schools responsible for failing to teach our kids. Since “no child left behind” you can see our national academics falling. They don’t want to ‘discriminate’ on ability by aligning classrooms with similar kids, so instead they cater to the end of the class to keep everyone moving forward. That means the ones at the front of the class are being ignored and not challeged. I am not a mathmetician, but I can certainly understand how the national average is sinking if we are only focused on the lowest number. Not to mention the whole Biblical struggle regarding the gov’ts promotion of evolution as the source of life (what else do you call the constant attempts to ban ‘creationism’}. Our education system is broken! Until they fix it, I think we need to stand up and make sure our kids receive a good education!!!!

It is unfortunate that the media only wants to talk about the ‘bad’ things. It happens in every situation, not just this one. But has anyone looked at the number of homeschooled kids (by average) who excel ahead of their public school counterparts? Don’t have time to put statistics in here. Maybe someone else could do that for everyone to see.

Last time I checked no State or Government had a child – I didn’t see one in the maternity ward!!!! Since that’s the case, why do they think they can raise one? Isn’t that what we are doing – Raising OUR Children, that God gave to us, the way He intended?

I love the “bumper sticker” idea, but would much prefer a magnet (actually, my hubby would prefer a magnet). Got any?

Anyone who prefers not putting a sticker on their car can always tape it into the back window. It will still be seen, but nothing permanent will be on your vehicle.

As stated in the description, it’s a vinyl bumper sticker and completely removable. No worries.

You can always peel the bumper sticker on to a magnet. Magnets can be purchased at most craft stores.
